15 a-side Season

  • October thru May;  Ages 18 - 60+

  • Men; 2 teams from ~ 50 players (Beginners thru Elite)

    • Compete D1 and D2 Levels

  • Women; 1 team from  ~ 25 players (Beginners to Experienced)

  • Practices: Tuesday & Thursday; ~ 730 - 930 pm

    • From Oct 21; Chittick Field, Long Beach

    • From Nov 4; Oak Middle School, Los Alamitos

  • 4 Home Games at Cal State Long Beach starting in January

7 a-side Season

  • May thru August,  Ages 18 - 60+

  • Men; Multiple Teams (Beginners thru Elite)

    • Compete D1 and D2 Levels

  • Women;  1 team (Beginners to Advanced)

  • Practices (TBD): Tuesday & Thursday Evenings

    • 2 Hour Practices in / around Long Beach​
